The restaurant was good with very good food at sensible prices, I tried excellent dishes. The location was marvellous and stunning, with expressway close enough to the hotel. The area was great, a superb base for me.

The room itself was excellent and had magnificent views over the village of Sacy and the Champagne vineyards. A gym area and rowing machines were right on spot.

A hidden gem in Champagne
Nestled between Épernay and Reims, our spacious room had jaw-dropping vineyard views. Breakfast on the terrace with freshly baked croissants was magical, complemented by attentive staff.
Although most amenities were excellent, the broadband connection in our room was spotty at times. I also wished for more luxurious towels to match the high standards.

Amazing and beautiful position, we liked staying here.
The room was good-sized and well-appointed with good furnishings, a bathroom with a gorgeous round tub, for instance and the overall experience was very special. The decor was nice and the staff were very helpful. Location: the hotel was very close to the vineyards, restaurants, and the center of beautiful vineyard.

Not impressed at all, the bar service was horrendously slow, i mean how hard can it be to serve a drink? The lack of privacy in the bathroom area is absurd! Where's the door? I almost considered giving a good review, but the only thing i was treated like was a nuisance, not a guest.

Privacy could be improved due to the outdoor spa baths being too exposed!!! Slow service in the bar during peak times!!! Parking becomes a hassle when the restaurant is busy!!!
